Manufacturer's Defect-If there is a manufacture defect within three (3) Days from purchase, I will replace the item if still available, or in-store credit will be given. Most handbags cannot be replaced do to limited quantities.
Manufacturer's defect only includes broken zipper, broken handle(s) or clasp, rip in seams or lining. This does not include normal wear and tear.
